The Griff Group is led by Sharon Griff, a strategic marketing professional with over 20 years of healthcare and life science experience. Sharon has worked with businesses ranging from Fortune 100 companies to start-up companies.
Prior to founding The Griff Group, Sharon had a diverse career with Abbott Laboratories, ReachMD and AMAG Pharmaceuticals. Sharon has hands-on experience across the entire spectrum of the marketing process, from early stage market assessment to full commercialization and launch plan execution and implementation. Her seven years in various field sales positions provides a unique perspective that is evident in the ability to successfully partner with Sales and Training.
Sharon has been recognized throughout her career. Most recently she was honored as PM 360’s 2010 “Trailblazer Brand Manager of the Year” for Hematology/Oncology.
Sharon is actively involved in the community. She is on the Board of Directors of the American Association of Kidney Patients (AAKP) and is honored to be a volunteer at Can Do Canines, an organization that trains assistance dogs for people with disabilities.
Sharon started her career as a clinical dietitian in New York and maintains her registration status through the American Dietetic Association. Her education includes a B.S. in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an M.S. in Education, concentration in Exercise Science from Queens College and an M.B.A in Marketing and Management from Fordham University.
