Sharon Griff is the Founder and Managing Director of The Griff Group, a boutique consulting firm specializing in market access, reimbursement strategy, and commercialization support for life sciences companies. With three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, she advises organizations on navigating complex payer, provider, and policy environments to support successful product launches and sustainable patient access.
Sharon has extensive expertise in market access strategy, coverage and reimbursement, HUB services, and access marketing for therapies with complex reimbursement pathways. Her work spans multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, neurology, pain management, women’s health, cardiology, and nephrology, with significant experience supporting biosimilars and specialty products where payer dynamics, coding requirements, and provider workflows require coordinated strategy across stakeholders.
In addition, Sharon has significant experience conducting reimbursement, billing, and operational audits, helping provider organizations identify compliance risks, improve processes, and strengthen documentation and coding practices. Her work often involves analyzing real-world claims and operational workflows to ensure alignment with payer policy, CMS guidance, and internal compliance standards.
A registered dietitian with a strong clinical foundation, Sharon brings a unique perspective to market access strategy by bridging clinical understanding with commercial and policy expertise. Throughout her career, she has partnered with manufacturers, providers, and payers to develop practical access strategies that enable physicians to use innovative therapies and ensure patients can obtain the treatments they need.
